What is the HouseSmart Referral Network?

     The HouseSmart Referral Network is a team of carefully screened companies that provide products and/or services to you, the homeowner. There are dozens of product and service categories within the home improvement industry. For many years, I have been asked to recommend companies who will do a good job at a fair price. Every day, homeowners ask my staff and I for 'good, better, best' product and service recommendations and of course, we refer these folks to our trusted referral members. After all, I'm putting my reputation on the line every time we make a recommendation.

     How do I get a referral to one of your referral members?

     Just call the HouseSmart Referral Network at 604-542-2236 (or outside the Lower Mainland of BC, call toll free at 1-888-266-8806) and let us know what type of project you have on the go. We'll match you up with one of our trusted HouseSmart Referral Members who will take care of that project for you. 'It's just that easy!'

Click on Referral Network, use the drop down box to let us know Where you live, click on the product or service category you are interested in and you'll find information about the HouseSmart Referral Members that serve your area.

     Do I have to pay some kind of fee for a referral?

     No. Unlike some other referral networks, we're here to help you and don't charge for referrals.

     What if there is no HouseSmart Referral Member serving my area?

     The HouseSmart Referral Network is growing quickly across Western Canada but there are still a number of markets that need to be filled in. If we are unable to refer you to one of our members, remember that the next best way to locate a reputable contractor is to get a reference from a friend or neighbour who have used them and make sure to check the company out with the Better Business Bureau.
