Ray has been an award winning residential sales associate for the past 17 years. He has consistently been in the top 5% of the Vancouver Real Estate board for every year and for over 8 of these years in the top 1%. In 1994 Ray was the #10 residential realtor out of over 9,900 in the full Vancouver Real Estate board. He is proud to be one of the top Re/Max realtors in the Lower Mainland and is a "1st time Buyer" specialist.
Ray Harris is married to his loving wife Edie for 15 great years and has lived in the Tri-City area all of his life (50 years and counting). He has watched the area expand and is always up to date and knowledgeable on what changes are being made. He has planned, marketed and helped develop over 15 new home and condominium projects over the years and has worked for a variety of developers.
His extensive experience in residential sales as well as his honest hard work have helped Ray become a very dynamic force in residential sales in the Tri-City area. His motto is "I work 24 hours, 7 days a week" and he means it.
