CENTRE IN THE PARK is a pedestrian friendly, environmentally sustainable community featuring a traditional main street atmosphere. Centre in the Park consists of three different components; Park Vista, Festival Estates and Bedford Village.
BEDFORD VILLAGE, our present focus, is a life lease project being developed by Christenson Developments in Sherwood Park. Part of the Urban Village, Centre in the Park, Bedford Village will be a five storey life lease complex that will be an improved version of Christenson’s Devonshire project in south west Edmonton.
